§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe FCO has been running training courses on diversity issues for many years. In the years for which records are available, 1998–2003, a total of 3,155 members of staff have attended our Equal Opportunities and subsequently our Managing Inclusion course. We have just introduced a new Valuing Diversity programme, which will reach more than 600 members of staff per year for the three years of its contract.
