§ Dr. Lewis MoonieAll Special Advisers' contacts with the media, and speeches and presentations made by them, are conducted in accordance with the requirement of the Code of Conduct for Special Advisers. All Ministry of Defence civil servants, including special advisers, are expected to keep the Department's Director of Corporate Communications or delegated officer informed of contacts with the media.
