§ Stephen TimmsI have been asked to reply The Communications Bill has been prepared jointly by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Should the Bill be given a place in the legislative programme for the next session, both Departments will continue to take it forward jointly.
