§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Amos)The EU-Russiaad hoc working group on sustainable development has not yet held a meeting. The EU emphasised its importance at the 7th EU-Russia Cooperation Committee on 23 October and is currently still working to establish a date for a meeting in 2003.
