I have received no representations regarding the impact of the judgment of the European Court of Justice in Aventis Pharma Deutschland GmbHv. Kohpharma GmbH (Case C-433/00). The judgment was delivered on 19 September 2002, and deals with questions regarding the interpretation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93.
