§ Dr. MoonieI can confirm that the Lightweight Mobile Artillery Weapon System Rocket programme recently received initial gate approval to enter the Assessment Phase. The Defence Procurement Agency is currently in negotiations with the preferred bidder, which is a consortium led by INSYS. As negotiations are still underway, I am withholding the information requested under Exemption 7 of the Code of Practice on access to Government Information.
