To ask the Deputy Prime Minister if he will place a copy of the research commissioned by his Department by the universities of Bristol and Birmingham into the impact of the February 1999 changes to the limits on right to buy discounts in the Library. [74821]

A copy of the report will be placed in the library of the House when it is published. This is expected to be early in 2003.
