§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Work and Pensions (Baroness Hollis of Heigham)At the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regional Ministerial Conference on Ageing held in Berlin in September, UNECE Ministers adopted the regional implementation strategy for the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing 2002.
