To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what progress has been made against the 11 EU objectives for pension systems. [75389]

A copy of the UK National Strategy Report on pensions was placed in the Library on 19 September 2002. The Report is the UK's contribution to the exchange of information and best practice on pensions between Member States agreed by the European Council at Laeken in December 2001. It contains information on current pensions policy.
