HC Deb 15 October 2002 vol 390 cc781-2W
Mr. Damian Green

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what estimate she has made of the cost of ending the Curriculum 2000 exam systems; and if she will make a statement. [74352]

Mr. Miliband

We have made no estimate of this cost. The government believes that the greater breadth introduced in the post 16 curriculum by Curriculum 2000 is valuable, a view shared wholeheartedly according to the Tomlinson report.
