Data on the number of operations cancelled on the day of surgery during Q3 and Q4 2001–02 are not available. However, the number of operations cancelled, by the hospital, for non-clinical reasons, on, or after the day patient was due to be admitted; and the number of those patients who were not readmitted within 1 month of cancellation, broken down by health authority, are available in the Library.
