§ Mr. MilibandThe variation in spend on home to school transport between local education authorities was considered in papers to the Education Funding Strategy Group at its meetings on 31 January 2002, and 13 March 2002. In both instances data from 2001–02 were used to develop a formula for the distribution of funding for home to school transport in the new LEA funding system, to be introduced for 2003–04.
