§ Hilary BennUnder the proposals set out in the Government's White Paper "Justice for All", everyone will be eligible to do jury service, (subject to the requirements of age, electoral registration, residence and disqualification set out in section 1 of the Juries Act 1974) except the mentally ill. This will include those connected with the administration of justice.
