To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) whether a full-time sub-post office can increase its hours of business for each working day and cease to be regarded as fulfilling its commitment to core hours; [82436]

(2)how many sub-post offices in (a) Dumfries and Galloway, (b) Scotland and (c) the UK are open for less than full-time hours; [82437]

(3)what plans she has to review the system of core hours for the sub-post office network; and if she will make a statement. [82438]
