§ Alun MichaelThe British Cattle Movement service does not send out any claim forms. Its work does not involve directly the processing or payment of subsidy claims. The orgnisation deals only with the registration and tracing of cattle and when a fully correct birth registration is received, I understand that the organisation issues cattle passports the next day.
