To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) how many Army regiments are running at more than five per cent. below their recommended complement of enlisted men; and if he will make a statement; [78275]

(2) how many Army regiments are running at more than 10 per cent. below their recommended complement of enlisted men; and if he will make a statement. [78283]
