asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have had any recent discussions with the Government of Taiwan about a policy under consideration by that government to offer financial and other incentives to couples to have more children. [HL6138]

Baroness Amos:

Her Majesty's Government have had no discussions with the Taiwanese authorities on this subject.
