§ The Prime MinisterInformation is not available in the form requested. Both formal and informal contacts take place regularly between Government departments, including the Scotland Office, and departments of the Scottish Executive. My Office and the Scottish Executive are in contact from time to time. In addition, I have meetings with the First Minister on a regular basis, both bilaterally and through the Joint Ministerial Committee, to discuss matters of mutual interest.
