Further to the answer by the Lord Sainsbury of Turville on 30 April (HL Deb, col. 569), whether they will list the countries to which Lord Sainsbury referred which run a postal service as a competitive enterprise while at the same time maintaining a universal service. [HL4124]

In Sweden, Finland and New Zealand there is no reserved postal sector while the universal postal obligation continues to be maintained.
