§ Peter HainChapter B3 of the European Communities budget covers a wide range of activities including European Resource Centres, training for librarians, the SOCRATES programme, the Leonardo programme and promoting minority languages. Providing a full list of the several hundred organisations who receive funding for information initiatives could be obtained only at a disproportionate cost.
