§ Mr. DenhamThere are no guidelines dealing specifically with this subject, but all chief police officers and chief executives of local authorities were informed by letter, of the measures relating to alcohol consumption in public places, contained in the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 Act prior to their commencement in September 2001.
