§ Mr. Ivan LewisWe have no plans to regulate private tuition. Employment agencies and businesses, including those that supply private tutors, are already regulated by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and associated Regulations, which are the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
