§ Ruth KellyTreasury staff are eligible for unpaid parental leave under the parental leave directive. Central records are not kept on the amounts of unpaid parental leave taken. The Treasury also has a number of other family friendly policies in place, for example alternative working practices, paid special leave, career breaks, to help staff strike a balance between home life and work.
