§ Mr. BeithAt its meeting on 13 February, the Speaker's Committee approved the Electoral Commission's Corporate Plan 2002–03 to 2006–07. The plan, which gives details of the commission's aims and objectives, was laid before the House today. Copies will be available in the Vote Office and it will be possible to view the plan on the commission's website: www.electoralcommission.org.uk.
