HM Magistrates' Courts Inspectorate (MCSI) has published its reportSetting Up: Report of Programme of Visits to the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service today. Copies of the report have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. Further copies may be obtained from the inspectorate.
