§ Ms HewittI announced in November last year, on 22 November 2001,Official Report, column 397W, a series of reforms to focus my Department's objectives more sharply in driving up UK productivity and competitiveness. Those reforms are now being implemented, and the Department's objectives are also being reviewed in the context of the 2002 Spending Review.
