§ Ruth KellyThe Government's preliminary financing plans for 2002–03 can be found in the "Debt and Reserves Management Report 2002–03". In order to comply with the requirement outlined in "The Code for Fiscal Stability" that a debt management report be published every financial year, the "Debt and Reserves Management Report 2002–03" has been published today. Copies are available in the House of Commons Library. Additionally, it is also available on HM Treasury and the Debt Management Office websites www.hm-treasury.gov.uk and www.dmo.gov.uk, respectively. An update of the financing plans will be published in this year's Budget papers on 17 April.
