§ Margaret HodgeThe Secretary of State has received no representations on the absence of a veterinary department in universities in Wales and has had no discussion with the National Assembly for Wales about the establishment of a veterinary science department at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. The creation of a veterinary department in Wales is a matter for the Welsh Assembly.
