How much income local authority pension funds have lost through the abolition of dividend tax credits on their holdings of ordinary and preference shares in each of the financial years 1997–98, 1998–99, 1999–2000 and 2000–01. [HL3175]

The information requested is not collected centrally. Only the individual local authorities responsible for the management and investment of pension funds within the framework of the Local Government Pension Scheme could provide the figures.
