To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, pursuant to his answer of 11 February 2002,Official Report, column 20W, on disabled rail passengers, where the revised code was published; and if he will place the revised code in the Library. [40265]

The revised code of practice is available on request from the Strategic Rail Authority and is also on their website. I have placed copies in the Libraries of the House.
