To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions how many vacant residential dwellings there were in each year since 1997 in each local authority in Tyne and Wear, distinguishing between(a) local authority, (b) RSL, (c) public and (d) private sectors; and how many such vacancies were of more than six months duration.
