To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what the ratio of teachers to pupils was in(a) all schools, (b) primary schools and (c) secondary schools for each year since 1996 in (i) East Sussex Local Education Authority, (ii) the South-East region and (iii) England. [37911]
