Whether they will place in the Library of the House Lord Rooker's reply to the letter from the Constitution Committee about the Police Reform Bill [HL]. [HL2905]

I have today placed in the Library a copy of my exchange of letters with the Constitution Committee about aspects of Parts 1 and 4 of the Bill. I understand that, following this correspondence, the committee has decided not to issue a report on the Bill.
