§ Angela Eagle[holding answer 7 February 2002]: Sir Anthony Hammond's "Review of the Circumstances Surrounding an Application for Naturalisation by Mr. S P Hinduja in 1998", published in March last year, included 49W at Chapter six consideration of Mr. Prakash Hinduja's inquiries about naturalisation as a British citizen. There have been no further developments since then.
