§ Mr. Bercow
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what the average annual leave entitlement is for staff in his Department in 2002. [64651]

§ Ruth Kelly
The annual leave entitlement for staff below the senior civil service is25 days on entry and 30 days after seven years service.
The annual leave entitlement for members of the senior civil service is currently set by the Cabinet Office at 30 days.
Information about average leave entitlement can be provided only at disproportionate cost.
