To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects the annual report of the Financial Services Authority to be published. [63946]

§ Ruth Kelly
The FSA annual report is being published today. Copies are available in the Libraries of both Houses. The report forms a key part of the accountability mechanism for the FSA under Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and this report is the first to assess the performance of the FSA against its statutory objectives.
