§ Beverley Hughes[holding answer 13 June 2002]: The letter of 15 October 2001 was received by the Immigration and Nationality Directorate on 18 October 2001. Dr ECC was granted a residence permit and eave to remain was granted to Ms LOR and her daughter on 29 December 2001.
