Why the Written Answer by Lord Macdonald of Tradeston on 9 May (WA 202) to the question "what precedents there are for use of the Prime Ministerial apartments in 10 Downing Street by wives of Prime Ministers for meetings with their business clients" gave no precedents for such use. [HL4341]
