Financial implications of provisions in the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Bill were set out in theFinancial effects of the Bill in the Explanatory Notes to the Bill, as introduced into the house of Commons. There is no specific budget for litigation; any costs will be funded from within the Home Office budget.
