Whether they will ask the Commonwealth Secretary-General to take up with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the government of Australia the case of Mr Nader Seyyedi Estahbanati, who escaped from Iran but was refoulé to Iran on 31 May. [HL5308]
