The table gives the information requested. The estimates are based on a pooled Family Expenditure Survey dataset for the three years from 1997–98 to 1999–2000 with incomes and expenditure projected forward to 2001–02. The estimates themselves only include the impact of measures introduced and do not include any assumed changes to original incomes.
