§ Mr. JamiesonWithin the targeted programme of improvements for the Highways Agency the following major schemes (that is schemes costing more than £5 million) are being delivered in the South West area:

In addition, the Highways Agency will deliver a number of small scale schemes aimed at, for example, improving safety. It is estimated that around fl 1 million will be spent on these schemes this year.
