§ The Prime MinisterAll special advisers' contacts with the media, and speeches and presentations made by them are conducted in accordance with the requirements of theCode of Conduct for Special Advisers. All civil servants, including special advisers, are expected to keep departmental heads of information informed of contacts with the media. Details of such contacts are for internal purposes only.
