§ Mr. BoatengThe Office for National Statistics publishes annual figures on inward investment into the United Kingdom in its Foreign Direct Investment Business Monitor (MA4). It also publishes quarterly estimates as part of the Balance of Payments First Release. Both of these can be found on the ONS website (statistics.gov.uk). The UK has continued to attract the largest share of inward investment in Europe and announcements made in this year's Budget will further serve to consolidate the UK's lead position.
