§ Mr. BlunkettBy 11 July, 137 people had been arrested since 11 September 2001 under the Terrorism Act 2000. In addition, 11 people have been detained under Part 4 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001. Two of those have since left the United Kingdom
