§ Mr. DarlingWe have today published our proposals for the establishment of an independent rail accident investigation branch. Copies of the document are in the Libraries of the House. The consultation exercise will run for 12 weeks from today. The responses will help us to ensure that the right provisions are written into the draft primary legislation that we shall in due course put before Parliament.
