§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonI can confirm that Oruc Gecsoyler, Kahraman Ceren, Mehemet Karayilan and Noon Noori have been arrested and charged with offences under the Terrorism Act 2000. A trial date has been set for 8 August 2002. As this matter issub judice it would not be right for me to comment further.
