Disability Employment Advisory Committee (DEAC)—This group was established on 1 April 2002. Members have yet to be appointed.National Employment Panel (NEP)—This group was established in October 2001. The Code of Practice will be placed as soon as it becomes operational.The pensions ombudsman is an individual appointment and conduct is covered in the appointment letter.
