To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to his answer of 26 June 2002,Official Report, columns 941–42W, on appeals, (a) how many appeals were heard, (b) how many appeals were found in favour of the appellant and (c) what percentage of appeals were found in favour of the appellant, in each of the last four years for (i) attendance allowance, (ii) disability living allowance and (iii) incapacity benefit.
