To ask the Deputy Prime Minister (1) what discussions are taking place with the local authority associations regarding the housing needs of people with a learning disability who live with older parents; and if he will make a statement; [66306]

(2) what guidance is forwarded to local authorities regarding the priority for housing provision to be given to their decisions may have on the human rights of parties affected by them before reaching a conclusion.
